Centrally located 80 miles south of mainland
Florida and more or less just 50 from Key Largo and 48 from
Key West. Marathon is served by bus lines to Key West and
the Mainland, and by the sleek Marathon airport offering
connections to Miami and Ft Lauderdale and from there to
anywhere in the world.

Sombrero Resort and Marina are located at Mile Marker 50, in
Marathon, Florida in the middle of the Florida Keys, between
Key Largo and Key West, at 50 miles from both. There are
four lighted tennis courts on site, swimming pool, 41 rooms,
26 Villas and 54 boat slips. We are across the street from
Sombrero Country Club, one of the few golf courses in the
Keys with proximity to Publix, Walgreens, Post Office and
K-Mart, Bank of America and Iberia Bank.
